Mailchimp nabízí opravdu jednoduchý způsob tvorby obsahu e-mailových kampaní. V levém části monitoru vidíte připravenou šablonu a v pravé části zvolíte typ obsahu, který pouze do šablony přetáhnete a vyplníte textem či obrázkem.
A právě co se týče obsahu e-mailu, vybírat lze hned z několika různých typů, jako je například klasický textový box, obrázek, skupina obrázků, video, tlačítko s odkazem, sociální tlačítka a další.
Na Mailchimpu můžete sledovat úspěšnost jednotlivých kampaní. Hned na úvodní stránce tohoto rozhraní se vám zobrazí jednoduchý přehled, v němž jasně vidíte, jaké procento vašich zákazníků e-mail otevřelo a také jaké procento kliklo na libovolný odkaz uvnitř e-mailové zprávy. Také zde naleznete grafické znázornění, kolik zákazníků se v daném měsíci přihlásilo k odběru newsletteru.
Ano samozřejmě, jinak bych zde o tom ani nepsal. Mailchimp totiž dokonale propojíte s vaším e-shopem od Shoptetu. Na svůj internetový obchod můžete umístit box pro přihlášení newsletteru, či dokonce nastavit propojení tak, aby zákazníci, kteří v objednávkovém procesu zaškrtnou políčko pro odběr novinek, budou automaticky exportováni do vašeho distribučního seznamu na Mailchimpu. Pokud máte Mailchimp na svůj e-shop napojený a v distribučním seznamu máte alespoň pár e-mailových adres, je nejvyšší čas odeslat první newsletter.
V 6 krocích vám zde ukážu, jak na to.
1. Na hlavní stránce rozhraní Mailchimp zvolíte Create Campaign -> Regular campaign.
2. Zvolíte distribuční seznam, kterému bude newsletter doručen.
3. V následujícím kroku zvolíte jméno newsletterové kampaně, a předmět e-mailu. Zkontrolujete jméno a adresu, která bude u e-mailu uvedena jako odesílatel.
4. Nyní přichází výběr šablon. Můžete zvolit ze základních náčrtů nebo z předpřipravených šablon v záložce Themes.
5. Poté prostřednictvím editoru vytvoříte obsah samotného e-mailu.
6. Následně systém zkontroluje, zda newsletter obsahuje vše potřebné a můžete e-mail vesele rozeslat svým zákazníkům.
7. No a pak už jen zbývá si plácnout s opičákem.
